Things might seem slow but the key is consistency and making small changes over time to build bigger changes. I keep a journal and a schedule organizer on me almost all the time to keep track of my changes for the week/month/year, it's really helped me not only see my progress but also stick with it.

You get harped on hard in many leftist spaces, it's very tiring and makes me not want to share my views. I am afraid to share more conservative view points at work, social media and in select friend groups because I know I might get called out and "shamed" on social media. In my powerlifting community there is a big debate right now on if transgender lifters should be allowed to compete alongside born females. I disagree with this, although I believe everyone should be able to compete I think th…

I disagree with the BMI. I am considered on the line of overweight and obese with a BMI of 30 (idr the exact number I'm 160lbs and 5'1".) . My waist is 29 inches and my hips are 36. I have found taking pictures and measurements are a way more accurate measurement for weight loss progress. I have more muscle mass then average which makes my BMI higher and while there are weeks where the scale won't move much I can see the difference in my progress pictures.

He asked me if I was excited for the snow . It was late fall when we meet and it was going to start snowing soon. We planned most of our first dates around snowboarding related either sales, events etc.

This sounds so much like me! I am just learning how to be feminine now but I feel like I have missed out in my younger years. I also majored in STEM but I enjoy working in a lab setting. I like doing the background work and getting the behind the scenes numbers. I feel like I act feminine in my relationships/social interactions just I have more masculine hobbies, which my bf really likes because we play games together, ride dirt bikes together etc.

For learning about skin care and taking care of my skin regularly for the first time. Been a little over a month since I started washing my face, moisturizing and threw out my expired make up! Super grateful to finally make some close female friends this year who love sharing their feminine knowledge with me. Growing up I always associated femininity with weakness, shallowness, etc. I never had female friends to talk about house decor, skin care, and baking with! Now I have 2 friends and we shar…

I meet my man on Tinder when it first came out. My brother used my Tinder originally as a troll account and I would let people at work swipe for me after I took it back from him. I wasn't even interested in dating at the time when he was the only guy who messaged me who didn't just say "hey" or "hi". We went snowboarding 4x a week after that and had a lot of common interests like fitness, snowboarding, surfing, etc. He is a very handyman can fix anything. Last summer he took 2 broken lawnmowers …

I compete nationally. For how my body looks I am more toned I do have more muscle mass but I also still hold a lot of fat so I look softer and still very feminine. For my waist I hold my fat there as a muffin top and my waist got smaller because I was loosing fat. Your core muscles don't really thicken when you lift heavy either my core hasn't really changed looks wise besides my shrinking muffin top. For my shoulders I already had wider shoulder but they haven't gotten larger with my lifting. I…

As a powerlifter I have really been looking into maintaining my femininity along with my strength. My bf coaches me and helps me train so it's also a bonding activity for us. Been doing it for almost 3 years now I love it.

1 cup of garlic 1/4 cup of lemon juice 2 teaspoons of salt 1/4 cup of crushed ice 3 cups of oil (I have used olive oil and canola oil) I usually get some fresh garlic, separate into the cloves and chop the tips of them off. I then dice them and put them in the blender. Then I keep adding each ingredient (lemon, ice, salt, oil) a little at a time until I get the consistency and flavour I want. You can also add some feta cheese instead of the salt if you like feta my bf really enjoys the feta chee…

Plus it's bonding to have activities to do together. That after gym sex 👌double dose of endorphins.

it's closer to 50% false negatives, it's 50-90% accurate depending on the type, staff, stage of infection etc. A blood test is much more accurate but still not 100%.

problem is you only get a positive test if they swab a sore. If you're symptom-less you could get a blood test a few months after exposure to look for herp antibodies.

Most doctors are meh about herpes because over 50% of the population has it when they become an adult. Many get no symptoms and don't even know (more common for men than women) You can get medication to supress the virus so your chances of passing it on are minimal. Just let the person know before you stick it in them. I was given herpes by my bf and we're still bff's and been together for 3 years.

Finally got the bf to the gym with me and he ended up loosing 50lbs, plus gaining a ton of muscle. It's all about consistency. Once you get in there and make it a habit it can become an addiction because of endorphins. We go almost every day now.

Honestly foam rolling is my favorite but I have recently been working on my form with bands. They help keep your knees from swaying out with squats and help stretch out muscles you didn't even know you had. Competitive lifters (which I would call myself a novice competitive lifter) really put a lot of effort in their prep work because an injury = not being able to compete.

Its all about getting your body warm. Also static stretching can hinder your progress because it tears the muscles but if you do dynamic stretching and foam rolling afterwards it can negate this effect. Doing lighter reps first then heavier sets is also an excellent way to warm up before doing your working sets. I'm not sure why many gym bros are turned off of warming up because its not "manly" but being injured and unable to lift half decent also isn't "manly" either.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
