No dont put it on the fret itself but put it closer to the fret wire. The position you have it in will make the guitar sound nasty. You do the same thing when finger picking a guitar you put your finger closer to the fret so you get a brighter and better sound and when you put the finger far from the fret it sounds nasty.

Don’t go to LA for hikes lol. LA is rly dirty and ugly and I live here too. If you weren’t coming for the dodgers I would tell you that you shouldn’t go at all. But once you go to LA, go to northern California and go to nature spots over there. Northern California is really nice and beautiful if hikes are your thing and you should totally go there. I haven’t been there yet but hopefully I will be able to go soon.

Windows is a bit expensive for what you get. Remember to get Linux in the beginning because it’s free before windows and see if you like it(I highly recommend you stay on Linux though it is way better and you get full access over your PC.) but if you really do want windows then you should wait to buy it in a bit because it’s like 100$ and not worth buying in the beginning. Im 99% sure you wouldn’t wanna go back to windows after trying Linux but in case you do you do at least wait.
