She also filed bankruptcy last year because she didn't file taxes for like 2-3 years and owed a fuck ton of back taxes. She was paying the sum they wanted every month but she was just paying on interest or something and it was not taking the debt down. So chapter 13 was filed. I really don't know how I can catch her other than the pictures I have of her ledger.

She has primary custody is all I know. No court orders have been written. I needed to hire a lawyer because I have pictures of her hand written ledgers for 2016. Shows her true cash earnings. She even had it all written out how much she actually made (110-114,000). I get her taxes in the discovery papers and she's claiming 60,000. So I needed help making sure everything was fair.
