2	How do i move past oneitis? You should have a days rest between working the same muscle... or hard lifting. In the beginning you can run a fullbody workout program 3 times a week, after a couple months you start splitting up your body into different days. You can still do cardio 6 days a week together with lifting 3 days a week. Most people I know that do extreme workout (MMA fighters etc) say have ONE relaxation day and you can power the 6 other days of the week.... As I said just dont go biceps both mon and tuesday...
