You just compared someone accidentally leaving something that is potentially personally identifiable information depending on how much information overall was in a photo to just typing a unique hobby. Again, saying you like skiing, bowling, woodwork, programming, something a bit more unique. That does not make you more susceptible to being exposed. Not unless the person goes to extreme lengths like saying "I like bowling at -enter city-", then that's probably their own fault for just throwing it…

She's ordered to pay the money to the school district the money, not the guy who she falsely accused and had thrown in prison. Plus of the 2.6M shes paying, she earned 1.5M when she first sued the school district claiming it wasn't safe. So in reality she school is getting their money back and then some, but the guy still served some time and isn't getting any money out of her. At least he ended up signing for the Falcons, that's probably gonna pay pretty well.
