3	Male Privilege I actually looked into it a while ago...ill try to find the website, forgive me if I don't follow through.. I'm easily distracted. But it was something like 80%+ of custody cases are settled out of court with a vast majority being figured out before mediation even begins where both parents sit down and agree to terms for whatever reasons work for their personal lives.
