yeah i getcha bud.I just read the story and saw so many holes in there that I couldn't just accept these theories and toxicity from all these guys replying. over 100 downvotes for asking about it, you'd think I was calling him the rapist.

the problem with all of that is the same problem i've repeated too many times already. theres no details. your made up scenario could be right but again, no details, so we're back to square one when I ask if anyone knows WHY he couldn't leave

.. im asking why he didnt leave, if there was something she had that prevented him from leaving. If I made anything that looks like assumptions then I wrote it poorly like the rest of my writing so i don't blame you for thinking that but honestly it doesnt say why. im asking why. the article says people commented on it already so theres an original version somewhere so im asking why didnt he leave. again im asking, not assuming. but just to be sure again, im asking. I'm gonna stop replying to th…

thats my point. theres nothing for me to actually process what happened because it doesn't say. if he was groped while trying to leave Its more sexual assault than "She then forced the man to engage in two sex acts.” he was involved, he didnt want to be I get that and im not trying to say he did want it but why is everyone acting like its an open shut case when theres minimal details? I wanna know his side of things, why did he stay and let it happen? If you left after the hand thing and called …

in my case my drink was spiked. he did leave but after 3 things happened. what stopped him leaving before the first or if the 3rd was the end or just as soon as he could get away we don't know. why is everyone saying "if the roles were changed..." I'm not defending her. im not saying its not rape. im just asking WHY. WHY didn't he leave? the story doesn't say a thing. if she had a knife to him that would make the story bigger and there would be no reason to leave it out. but theres nothing, why?…

boss believed him, cops arrested her. those are definitely worries and its bullshit that they are but the cops did believe him and shes in trouble so his reasoning, if those even were his reasons, are off. I'd rather take my chances getting her off me then dialing the cops right away and explaining the situation.

you wouldn't push someone off of you to prevent getting raped? am I reading that right? no sane person would prefer getting raped over using force to get them off of you. he works with his hands, no reason to assume he was physically unable to protect himself from the information we have.

what are you talking about? my first sentence in this entire thread is acknowledging she committed sexual assault. as far as i know she has zero power over him so how can she force him into 2 sexual acts AFTER she initiated it with the hand on breast? does he have to sit there and take it? no, he doesn't. what would make it so he DID have to sit there and take it? like I said before the article doesn't give any information on why he had to endure what he did.

if you get punched and leave after, you still got punched. i dont understand your question. 2nd I didnt downplay the assault, im simply asking if theres nothing stopping him from walking out (article doesn't list a single reason he couldn't have) why didnt he? Am i not allowed to ask for details before judging something? sounds like this sub needs more of that tbh
/r/PussyPassDenied26/05/18 12:01 AM

I'd still think its sexual assault, i dont care which genders they were. the average man can easily overpower the average woman so right off the bat theres one theory. the article gives absolutely nothing, no spiked drink, no weapon.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/05/18 11:51 PM

maybe. for me personally i dont see any way unless he kinda shut down mentally with the very vague details given
/r/PussyPassDenied25/05/18 11:43 PM

I understand her putting his hand on her breast is bad on her part but if this guy didn't want any of that why didnt he leave after? doesn't say anything about a weapon or blocked exit, anyting indicating he couldn't stop it. edit: I get it, men get raped too, im a victim aswell. Why am i getting downvoted for asking questions?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
