Yes it should be a crime. And yes men can commit it, by bribing / forcing the testing facility to change the answers in the test. Not sure if or how often that happens, but there is a way for men to commit paternity fraud. What’s funny about that. If he was caught doing that, he would probably be punished… but a woman who lies and has a man raise someone else’s kid… they would not be…. Interesting…
