Yeah, there's a chance... But then you're probably not talking to a woman who is that interested in you anyways. Also, I'm not trying to get with my roommate. I've done it before, and it's not really worth it. She's just a woman, which is why this story is relevant.

I was not objecting to the fact the boys are abused as well, in a different way. I was objecting to you saying rape is almost meaningless... It really can fuck a woman up mentally

I've read a good number of your comments that are complete shit. How did you even get endorsed? If you endured a rape, I think you'd feel differently about portions of what you wrote

It depends what traits Shit-tests? 95-100% False rape accusations? 0-5% There's a wide range of traits we discuss

TRP's thesis is that all women are evil manipulative stupid bitches, and that men are he-man macho studs who are only held down by their belief that women are people Stopped reading after this You should take more time to check out what the RP really is

And another person replies "well, that is it a bit misogynistic, don't you think?" It's encouraged to report to the mods the person who disagrees with idea "women are illogical." To be fair, it used to not be such a big deal when people voiced dissenting opinions. When TRP became more well known across reddit, and people started coming to the sub just to argue/brigade, that's when the reporting of other views kicked in. It wouldn't be nearly as extreme right now if BP'rs/feminists didn't need to…

What are you expecting the man to supply that WOULD make it as attractive as the 'ideal wife' in you opinion? It sounds like no matter what anyone says you're going to end up defaulting to this 'yeah, but the woman still sounds better' argument. This might not sound attractive on paper, but women love it.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/14 12:25 AM

The ideal wife is her husband's emotional support too. TRP tends to disagree with this. Women are not good emotional support for men. It turns them off, they see it as weakness. I think you mean he won't be a loser? Okay, fine. It's not just avoiding 'being a loser.' He won't be a pushover... Stand up for himself or his wife when needed, and keep her from getting out of control and throwing temper tantrums to get her way. Otherwise this is all fairly spot on.

Hypergamy and 'branch-swinging' as we call it in TRP has been backed up many times before. It's not that this one guy had one experience one time and he chose to make this claim, it fits into a larger view of women. Women will more willingly be groupies for their favorite musicians, even if they're in a relationship. Even outside a relationship, guys don't tend to fantasize about getting with a famous person, unless they're famous simply because they're hot. Women tend to jump into another relat…

2 is true, I've experienced it myself 3 is a bit of an exaggeration. We know AWALT doesn't actually mean 100% of women, it just means such a vast majority that the rest are negligible. Like saying all men are taller than women, generally true, but not always. 21 is humor. Within context, the woman was told to be a slut by her own brother, but she wears the hijab thing... He was joking that it's used to hide the bruises and handprints from her wild sex... Take it for what it is, a joke.

Alright, which quotes? Some of these quotes actually are reasonable within context... That's why I said I would respond to specific ones if anyone cared to hear a reasonable person's opinion that happens to follow TRP

I know I'm late to this, but figured I would give my thoughts I've been with TRP for about a year. It was a MUCH smaller sub when I started. At that point, TRP really was about self improvement, raising your value, and legitimate sexual strategy based on examining natural human instinct/interaction etc. It stayed a decent sub until the last couple months, in my opinion. Once the sub became more well known, it started to get a lot more users, and a lot of the users are just angry. Angry because o…

Does it matter if they falsely report their incomes? The point is women see it and respond differently based on the amount... The women don't know it's wrong

You shouldn't have to, or in my opinion even try to keep your LTR in shape. If your girl doesn't do that shit on her own, she won't keep it up in the long term, and she probably won't feed your kids well, like GLO points out. Just next them
/r/TheRedPill25/11/14 03:40 AM

Women like attention... If they're relatively attractive they can get their screen to almost literally say "3000 dudes liked your butthole" This satisfies their need for validation and attention I would guess. Kind of like thousands of online orbiters

Most people are going to tell you to go to altTRP, but every RP board other than this one is basically inactive. Just hang around here and learn everything, then apply what makes sense to your situation. Obviously frame, improving your SMV by lifting, etc. will all still be applicable. The parts you have to think about for yourself will probably end up being when users talk about things like women's hamsters and hypergamy. I'm not sure how those would translate to the gay community.
/r/TheRedPill24/11/14 02:08 AM
6

You're on TRP, but you truly don't give a shit about girls? Are you sure you're not using that as an excuse for yourself, since inaction is easier?
/r/TheRedPill17/11/14 05:37 AM
7

This really doesn't have anything to do with being RP. Just make sure you know if the girl you're taking home is a hooker or not. If she straight up offers sex with very little or no conversation, which is what the story made it sound like, you should be suspicious...

I'm not going to lie, I'm not, and I doubt most people in this sub are going to spend almost two hours listening to this whole thing. If you listened to it all the way through yourself, you should make an edit in the OP and give the times you thought had the most important stuff, or maybe the best 30 minute section...

Writing well in general should be valued in this sub more. More and more frequently, I'm seeing comments that resemble your example of 'HEY GAI, U DOING THIS SHIT ALL WRONG...' If you try and say something about it though, you're called out as a concern-troll, just because you think TRP should conduct itself in a manner that is better than the 15-year-olds on 4chan.
/r/TheRedPill06/11/14 08:02 PM
1

Being a concern troll would imply that I'm not actually part of TRP, that I didn't try and submit a post, and that I don't actively participate in some threads... Right?
/r/TheRedPill05/11/14 08:42 PM

My point was banging the highest number of women is not the entire point. The sub is dedicated to self-improvement, and some guys here are looking for LTR, or how to maintain their marriage, etc. It's about improving in general I'm not trying to shame him, I was trying to say he should at least attempt to be more constructive. You all need to relax a bit

You do realize, unnecessary insults, banging the highest number of women possible, and cursing excessively is not what TRP is all about? Posts like yours are part of what gives this sub a poor reputation.

Well, they try to get commitment from an alpha by being a woman that's worth committing to. So, that's a start. Not really sure beyond that

It's not that important What's important is spending your money on the right things Well fitting clothes, gym membership, good food, a decent place to live that geographically fits what you need Other than that, save that shit up, and eventually you could get enough passive income from investments that you no longer need to work

If you're seriously considering suicide, get counseling. That's a serious issue, and you shouldn't be trying to handle it on your own by eating more, or using any sort of escape method really. There are professionals that will know what to do. If you're not serious, and you're using it as another excuse to yourself, recognize that and take charge. Not killing yourself, not eating terribly, lifting, and improving yourself > Eating shitty and hurting your own well-being.

I understand the third point, because it's obvious. As far as the first two though, not so much. Who gives a shit about little shit tests if you know how to pass them anyways? And if you're truly RP and you're aiming to be in the top few % of men, you ARE the CC. Why would you ever want that to stop, so you have to pair up with one woman like most BPers dream of now? You say you can stop but won't want to, but I want to question this. I've considered doing a cycle, but I REALLY don't want to get addicted to gear considering the cost/potential side effects/other consequences. Do you know anyone who has had success doing something like one cycle per year, or limiting themselves in some way like that, or would it be pointless? How do you go about finding a source?

Linking poorly written articles that use surveys where women state what they want to argue against the fact that TRPer's believe women lie about what they want men to look like is not the route you should be taking here...

Generally people who are naturally skinny say not to count calories, while bigger people need to. He was 6'2" and 133 lbs... Came here to say this. Girls don't actually give a shit if you're good, just the feels they get from you (as always). You can make some girls tingle with some shred, but they're few and far between. Mostly, you just need to play some pretty sounding chords, or I personally like to use bluesy/funk/rock improv, which gets a good response from any girl who isn't completely brain-dead (not for the sorority girls). That's not true. If you're use a 4% SWR concept for retirement, once you reach financial independence, you could continue working, even if for only part time, and get yourself some VERY nice cars, because you know your other expenses are covered.
/r/TheRedPill09/10/14 09:22 PM

If you have $5m, then you've already worked for years longer than you needed to retire, so at that point I would hope you're buying some nice ass cars and shit, otherwise what was the point in continuing to work that long? You could also say that would be quite a large dent, considering if you use a 4% SWR, you would only be able to withdraw about 184k a year, as opposed to 200k. Still a huge amount of money either way, but 16k is still a lot when you think about how long you're going to (hopefu…

Not only that, but you can put your money to work for you instead of flaunting it, and become less dependent on your actual income, and possibly even retire early, depending on how much you save.

I'm going to throw in my 2 cents here... I don't like waiting 3 days, or any amount of days to text or call a girl. When you get her number, simply say "I'll text(/call) you tonight, and we'll work out when we'll meet up" Simple enough, they're expecting it, and you don't have to wait 3 days while she gets hit on by 10 other dudes and forgets who you are because you had 2 minutes of interaction with her. Anyone else do this?
/r/TheRedPill01/10/14 09:04 PM

If you really think you're good with money, you should check out r/financialindependence, and some bloggers like Mr Money Mustache (He's a good place to start) I also wrote a post on this (very simplified), so you could check my submissions, but early retirement isn't as hard to attain as many people think, so maybe its something that would interest you.

I would wait till she eliminated far beyond 25% of the debt, bro. You really should try not to be attached to any debt legally in any way possible. That way, if she doesn't pay her debts at some point, they can't come after you. You really want to be building your net worth up and investing so that eventually your capital gains on your investments can cover your basic living costs, then you're SO much more free to do what you want.

You know, considering you said that your state doesn't have common law marriage, staying with her may not be all that bad. If she's covering her half of your expenses (half of rent, electricity, water, etc.) then your living costs are lower, and you get to be with a girl you obviously like, considering you've been with her for two years. What you really need to avoid is getting legally tied to her in any way, or mixing your finances. Don't pay for her loans, those are hers. Don't cover rent and …

I'm curious if you're saying that your SMV is higher in your thirties because you were introduced to TRP concepts and had higher success, or if your SMV has actually raised. How does your physical condition compare, your looks, etc. Obviously you said your income has increased which is a huge plus, but I'm curious if your mindset is making a bigger difference than you think, because to me it would seem a man in his early/mid twenties would have an inherent advantage in many ways.

In a country where men far outnumber women, and this married dude is still getting virgin pussy on the side of his marriage. Is this what it means to be part of the 20% there? Also, I would be curious to find out if men do get compensated if a woman gets reconstructive surgery without his knowledge as suggested by the OP, since they can be fined for taking a woman virginity during a consensual act, where she could have simply withheld herself to marriage. But that's not realistic at all. If you invest in mutual funds, you'd need hundreds of businesses to go out of business for you to actually lose everything. I get your point, if you're putting your money into just a couple of stocks, but I don't think it works quite like that in this case.

It's true that in 1974 inflation rates shot up, but it only lasted ~8 years. Since then it's averaged much closer to 3% or 4%. I should also point out, when inflation rates were that high, that's also when CD's and simple savings accounts were giving significant amounts of interest. I'm not sure what you mean by 'unlimited risk.' Index funds are very low risk, and give good returns. Here's a calculator that shows historical returns of the S&P 500. Most people that 'lost' all their savings in the 2008 crash made INSANE gains the next 5 years. Just look at some of Vanguard's Stock Fund's 5-year returns. This was not an aberration. Returns of the overall economy always need to at least match, or exceed inflation, or there's no overall economic growth. In fact, here's a calculator to show you the returns you could have made investing in the S&P 500! Click the 'Adjust for Inflation' button, and enter whatever length period up top you want. I t…

Well, marriage isn't the most popular notion on TRP, so some guys here may go about it differently than others. I personally intend to keep my finances separate from any woman I partner with, and I don't think I'm ever going to get officially married, but just find myself a 'life partner.' Also, how much you need depends on what you consider living comfortably.

Hmm. I have not looked into ETFs a whole lot, because my friend from the example given is in finance at an investment firm, and he kind of steered me away from them. Right now I prefer Vanguard Index Funds for their ease of use. I'm not sure I would suggest putting too much into risky ETFs, because a small % increase in earnings doesn't do as much for you as a small % decrease in spending... This guy basically came from r/financialindependence. I was actually preparing to write an post on exactly this, but I was going to present it far different than this user did.
