Religion has helped people, but that doesn't make televangelists more sane. Just because a post is heavily upvoted, that doesn't mean everyone in the community supports it That is literally, by design, what that means. You can object to what you want to object and you won't be downvoted to hell if what you're saying makes sense. That's how all of reddit works. It's not our fault you don't usually make sense

Why do we talk about language difficulty like it's a set linear scale? Like English is really pretty easy for romance and Germanic language speakers. But Korean is probably easier to most speakers of Asian languages. Hawaiian is I think one of the easier Polynesians languages, and thus probably pretty easy for speakers of similar languages, but it can be a lot to wrap your head around as a monolingual English speaker
