3	Man changed name on his CV to a female name and got 870% more responses for an interview. This shit terrifies me. I've gotta take much longer with college because my school district fucking butchered my academic prospects. Then, after clawing my way out of my 2 year IT degree (Network Engineerin), I'll have to be thrown into this meat grinder of the "real" workforce and possibly never get a response for my applications of the companies I happen to apply for are subject to diversity hiring.
