This is an interesting read. At work, we had to get our blood drawn as a part of our yearly physical for insurance purposes. The guys in our office would also get our testosterone checked. After swallowing TRP a couple months before last years test, I saw my T levels increase by around 150 points compared to the previous year. I attributed this to my healthier diet, heavier lifting, and more positive outlook on life. I'm interested to see what happens this year in December compared to last year …

You're right. You should gather some pamphlets and make your rounds around the neighborhood, spreading the good news...

"Hey RPers, I have been going on and on about this community for about 7 months to any guy that will listen." Maybe this is just my viewpoint, but TRP isn't for everyone and shouldn't be preached about like an evangelical Jehovah's witness. I've talked about TRP with close friends that I consider brothers or friends that I know are struggling, but that's where I draw the line. Success is exciting and wanting to share is natural, but remember, don't be a Jehovah's witness about it.

Solid self-reflection practice. I know personally I need to become more aware and take more self-control over vices. Make excuses or make progress; you dictate your future.

Thanks. I tried to keep this an honest and informative reflection that others could benefit from reading. I did submit the post as well.

Haha much appreciated. I think this has been received pretty well and I definitely have more to share, so I'll be back

"Win/Learn... Nice play on words to soften a loss/fuck up. You should always be learning. When you're winning what you are doing right and when you are losing what you are doing wrong. " Maybe I wasn't clear enough on this. There is something to learn from every situation, whether it's reinforcing what you did correctly or seeing your perceived "failure" and making an honest application to better prepare yourself for the next time. That is where the win/learn mentality comes from. You should be …

I'm glad you could relate and take something away from this. I like your point too about making a daily choice to apply TRP. You are either growing or declining day by day

Nothing really impressive at the moment. 155 for 10 on bench. 185 for 10 on squats (skipped too many leg days. Cardinal sin, I know). Haven't deadlifted in a while, but I need to add that to the routine. Since it's relative, I'm 5'7" 160lbs

Two different girls. The girl that turned overly self-righteous had a few notable shit tests as well. Are you some sort of tinder player? How many girls have you taken out? - "40 or 50, I've lost count at this point." I'm not that kind of girl, I don't normally do this (in bed at this point) - "I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and if you don't like it, tell me to stop and we'll go back to watching tv." So what are we? (she texted me this shit immediately after I dropped her off. Almost did…

Hell no. If she was genuinely sorry that she bailed on the date, her first response would have been to reschedule for a better time. "Can I call you later tonight and let you know if we can hangout." She's making it very clear that her precious time is top priority and she might share some of that time, if you let her know she's in control of the situation. Fuck that noise. She should be fighting for your time. I wouldn't respond unless it's to reschedule. Make her pick a time if you think you w…
