OP has massive "Is She Into You" energy.

Knew a chick named Jade in college that had a corgi just like this. Dang dog was so badly behaved/trained, but corgi's are just bizarrely forgivable.

This is such frustrating advice, because it's true but I wanna date gym girls dammit. Where else do I meet gym girls??? And don't say online dating because bullshit.

I mean if you wanna go into the details of it, it didn't work for him in attracting people/women. He was raised alongside Arwen from like his late teens/early 20s. And when he was with Éowyn in Rohan, he was working with her Uncle, the King, and very vocally leading. When he was sitting alone in the corner staring out into the crowd, he was doing it to not draw attention to himself and be left alone. Which is kinda the opposite goal of going out to meet people lol. Sorry if I took your joke too …

because if you're in the moment, you can notice your body language in your interactions, and spot mistakes People who don't seriously try meditating have no idea how much their monkey brains run and ruin their lives. We learn to sharpen and control every other part of our bodies but few people learn to do so with the mind. It's stunning the difference it makes once you do though.

That was my struggle at OPs age. Was raised in a super traditional religious household. Even after I shook off the shackles, it was hard wired into me that I could only start dating when I was financially stable enough to support two people. Your on point about it being a recipe for being miserable.

Bro, how do you get "PUA cope" from me telling you to self improve?

Then you're being fake af. You get people talking about what they care about but you don't "actually" care to listen and that's something most people can pick up on. Either show genuine interest in someone or don't, but pretending to do so is very off-putting, in my experience. Most people want to vent to someone and not actually receive constructive criticism in response. They just want someone to listen.

Then you move on and don't force shit. It's really not that hard. Smile at people. Make eye contact. Chitchat. If they want to be left alone, leave them alone. If they're receptive, make brief conversation. If people are not receptive to you "all the time" maybe do some introspection. Are you doing anything that people find off putting? If you were the people you are approaching, would you be receptive to how you're going about it? Keep working on yourself. Even if your going about things correc…

No, it doesn't. Getting out of your comfort zone is all the matters. Taking your shot and talking to people and improving your social skills is all the matters. Outcome does not matter.

Doesn't matter. Edit: To everyone downvoting me, outcome dependency is why you're failing. Stop caring about results and just care about improving yourselves. All you can do is get better.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. If you're getting rejected hundreds of times you're not learning and improving yourself. Switch up your approach style. Self assess your image. Work to improve yourself in every aspect you can. Stop being outcome dependent.

You're choosing to blindly miss the point. I quoted her giving further details for a reason. If you're not naturally handsome af, work on yourself. Be presentable. Sure, genetic looks are a huge advantage but putting the effort into being attractive is just as, if not more, important.

It's the Tinder rules in real life. toomuchlaundry says it herself. "You have to look presentable, like you care about your appearance" and "I mean I have been told I was beautiful by a homeless man who then started catcalling me and saying weird stuff. So then I understand." It's all just a more detailed way of saying Be Attractive and Don't Be Unattractive.

Personally, I prefer swing because I can lead just about anyone through it. Bachata always feels like I need the follow to be more aware of what they're doing.

Swing is way more fun anyway. You can incorporate so many other dances into swing that it becomes almost a free-style thing. Especially with women that have never danced "proper" before. I'm intermediate at best but melding all sorts of dances into swing impresses the hell out of women that don't know any better. You really don't have to be some kind of professional dancer to make it work. Just learn how to lead well and have fun.

Bro, if you think "Salsa/Bachata" is the most "sensual dance" you gotta try some Tango.

Beyond the other answers already given, I'd say either the "bystander effect" or the "I don't wanna go to jail for inferring with these women effect". Cops show, they're not gonna arrest the bouncer, most likely, but they will haul anyone else involved in.
