Nobody else irl aside that, a few online friends I talk to here and there. My body is destroying itself and Doctors keep gaslighting me. I have multiple mental illnesses and I’m constantly exhausted. I can’t sleep without meds and I’m hooked on illegal drugs because my doctors won’t give me anything useful. 1	Genuine question here No it's not a psychological disorder it's a medical condition. Gender/gender roles are psychological and social. Sex is biological. However in some trans people their internal biological traits often match those of the opposite sex. Such as having a brain composition closer to a male's etc. The one who chooses to live as a male is a male. If someone is a butch lesbian but they still feel and identify as a woman they are. In Ukraine they left specifically because it is a more right wing country where trans men are still seen as "women" and probably legally women. That's how it is where I live, it's constant cold rain over the winter but I see girls getting off the bus wearing short skirts and crop tops.
