But you are a minority, last 2 to 3 generations were told to get a college degree, that physical jobs are for deadbeat dads and dumb losers. And that working hard on a desk would yield you a big house and a nice car. A more recent example is programmers, 10 years ago there were lectures and programs because learning to code was the future.
