There are positive implications to charging this man with "rape by surprise". If lying to someone can get you charged with rape, women who lie about being on birth control would be rapists as well. Then that begs the question, do rape victims need to pay alimony?

The father acted only on information he knew (what his daughter told him). This is not to say that his reaction was a bit of a rash decision. I believe that the issue here is if the daughter will receive the proper punishment for causing this boy's death.

I came here to post this, glad to see it's here already. On topic: you won't really get a straight answer OP, guys have varying preferences, and it also depends on the age of the man you're trying to attract. For most men, too young is not an issue; as other posters have said, it's more of an issue to be too old. It mostly comes down to your SMV and whether or not you're batshit crazy (ie rode a lot of dick in your "younger years").

I find myself having a similar problem with discussing these kinds of issues with people I know. I have a hard time disproving the wage gap that people like to point to when they talk about gender inequality. People I've spoken to as well as articles I've read online all contend that women are paid something in the realm of 80 cents to the dollar that a man makes in the same field, position and with the same qualifications. My understanding is that a significant portion of the wage gap can be at…

They aren't, but it's difficult and uncertain whether or not the man will be able to fire properly after the procedure is reversed.

Also, the reasons for men voting less are a men's rights issue, such as more men being disenfranchised because they've been convicted of a felony, and more men being required to work on voting days. I see your point there bl1y, but I do think that this would be a separate issue. The title of your post suggests an infringement of male rights with regard to voting itself, while the explanation in your reply suggests that issue you wish to bring to the spotlight is related to the convictions for me…

This has nothing to do with men's rights. Men's rights should be about getting equal opportunity and rights for men and women; the number of women that end up voting every year is not an indication of the rights and opportunities given to men and women. From the sidebar of this sub reddit: The Men's Rights subreddit is a place for those who wish to discuss men's rights and the ways said rights are infringed upon. Mens rights is not a war of Man vs Woman, it's a movement to bring gender equality …

My understanding is that the doctor's office cannot and should not legally be able to require your spouse's signature for this procedure.

"Sex is a two-way street!" Which is exactly why women who turn down men get pats on their backs for knowing what they want, but when men do it, it's the man being inconsiderate of his partner's feelings? "See, women take it personally." And somehow men, don't take it personally when they're denied something so physically intimate; something that can be used as a way of expressing emotion towards a romantic partner? Who the hell even comes up with this kind of stuff? It's wrong to use sex as a fo…

I just love how she thinks that the women on the page somehow has every right to visit a site like that, but men that visit that site are damaged or just players looking to get it in. I base my inference on the fact that she fails to comment on the female presence on those websites.

Not that I don't believe you, but could you link a source? For the definition of rape.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
