Ex Wanting IntimacyNope. Never again. Last time my ex and I were intimate was 6 years ago. It wasn't the only reason we decided to end things, but it was up there on the list. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/06/26 07:07 PM
Do people ask you when you tell them you are getting a divorce…I've only told a handful of people that I felt needed to know about the situation. | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/06/26 06:26 PM
I Hope This Helps One Of Y’all Because That’s What We’re Here For 💪Appreciate the words, my dude. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/05/26 09:16 PM
First nightTake it one day at a time. It does get better. You'll find your peace. Routines will change. | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/05/26 07:09 PM
If you have children, do you wish your Ex a “Happy Mother’s Day “ ?Fuck no. She's not my mom. | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/05/26 07:14 PM
Just separated and not sure what I’m supposed to do nextI'm passed the year separation mark by several months now. Just waiting on paperwork stuff that I'll probably end up doing on my own. My suggestion is finding a hobby to distract yourself with. I got back into gaming and going on walks/reading at night by candle. Take it day by day. Make new routines for yourself. It gets easier as time goes by. Remember to stay hydrated, get enough sleep. Avoid heavy alcohol consumption, that won't help. | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/05/26 09:46 PM
Her birthday is coming up - first since separationMy ex and I never really celebrated birthdays. She had unpleasant memories with them from her youth. I quit celebrating mine because it quit feeling like a special occasion. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/05/26 05:30 PM
What are positive aspects of being divorced?I'm no longer told I'm not right in condescending tones. I got back into gaming some. Way less arguments. Less money spent on dumb shit. I can spend time doing stuff I put off so someone else is isn't pissed about something. The silence is peaceful. Only thing I miss is intimacy. Regular sex was nice til that dropped off a cliff several years ago. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/05/26 10:39 PM
