Well INFP describes me to a T, so it might not be scientifically sound, but it sure works for me.

Probably INFP. I know I am.

I am a super sensitive person... sensitive to criticism, insults, etc. But I'm getting better at it.

Yeah, that's what I meant.

Question...I'm a guy, and some things make me cry pretty easily. Mostly happy stuff, like thinking about future adventures. Though when I hear about really bad things happening to a friend, I often want to cry, though I've gotten really good at not doing that and instead fixing it with them. I rarely cry about events happening to me. Do I sound like that?

You want respect, you fucking earn it but not acting like a child. Get in my face like a child, and I'll whup your ass.

I'm gonna clap back with my right hand and use their right cheek as my other hand.

I'm assuming clapping right in my fucking face is cause enough for me to beat the shit out of someone, at least enough to get them to stop harassing me. Also, she is definitely guilty of harassment as well as assault. He definitely made it clear that he did not want her anywhere near him.

Nah, isn't it assault to get in someone's face like that and act as though you're going to hit them? If so, that clapping would definitely be close enough to count. It's assault AND battery when you hit the person, right? Correct me if I'm wrong, obviously. If some bitch gets up in my face like she did, chances are I'm gonna body slam 'em because I don't do well with people in my face. I'm also not a violent person.

Of course in some cases there is.

I meant to add to my last comment that you make a fair point, and that I have no solid rebuttal. I don't argue if I don't know the correct answer.

I also think murder has completely different motives.

Because there's lots of money involved in drugs, and addictions too, it makes it apples and oranges. You also have to remember that some people who sell drugs can't get out because they fear for their lives, just like leaving a gang like MS-13 Accusing people of rape isn't an addiction, nor is there much money involved.

Fair point, but also a totally different situation.

There has to be proof that she falsely accused him. I

So is men being falsely accused.

Nah, you try to ruin someone's life, get fucked, dude. Throw the fuckin book at em', and make it hard, too.

It would also drastically reduce the false accusations. If you accuse your husband of beating you and it's.proved it's a lie, give em the sentence for domestic one which is punishable by up to life in some states. or you accused the husband of molesting the kids, knowing he didn't do it, and knowing you did it with malicious intent, give her the max sentence for child molestation, which is certainly life.

That's why you give her the maximum possible sentence for that crime. If she claims he raped her, and she's proved to falsely accuse him, try her on charges of falsely accusing a man of rape and give her the same punishment as rape in the first degree, which in some states, is life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
