Social norms restricting hypergamy would be a start. Sexual norms like virginity marriage and family should become a thing while sexualizing the popular culture. This would reduce people feeling left out. Marriages with people of similar socio economic context would solve incelism by and large. This is the approach almost all traditional societies took. Only very few people are left behind since even poor people would pair up with other poor people.

Being economically right wing isn't the only measure for what you'd call "right wing". To be called right wing you'd have to be socially conservative as well .
