Thank you for this. It is very thorough and thoughtful. I am going to read this a few times to really take it in. Much appreciated.

I think you are right about him being like “I give this woman everything she needs. What is the problem?” Of course I would love to be married but I don’t think it is a necessity at this point in my life. I have a daughter who is grown up and moved out so I will not be having more children. I was really happy in my arrangement before finding out. In the beginning, part of me wishes that I had never known because I now grieve who I was and what I thought we had. As time has passed I am coming to …

I could see that. I have so many more questions than answers at this point. Finding clarity about my boundaries is part of that. I am allowing the space for this to unfold. Thank you

That is a great question. This is something I am asking myself too. I think that if it was just the financial support, no I would not be okay with that. I like to be loved, adored, and appreciated too and I am. Otherwise the choice would be clear.

Although I would love to be married for romantic/spiritual purposes. I don’t know if it is something I need. I have a daughter who is grown up and moved out. So I am not in need of having children or making a family. I think long term girlfriend is most likely. I was really happy in our arrangement prior to the discovery. I am allowing the space to let this unfold a little bit.

Thank you for you feedback. Respectfully, really don’t consider myself a “sugar baby” I did not end up in this relationship because I wanted to be taken care of, that is just what happened over time. Additionally “doing this, with different guys” does not seem like a strength or good “experience” to me. So I think it is a different situation. Not trying to be rude. Just adding some clarity about my perspective and situation. I also don’t really believe in the “partner” model. Clearly, I am in a …

I have tried many diets for autoimmune issues. By far the easiest, most effective and easiest to follow has been carnivore. I know it sounds crazy but I had significant improvements in my health in just days and I dropped 20 pounds in 6 weeks. You may want to look into it many people report weight loss, mood stabilization, and many more benefits.

If you have not read it yet, here is a good resource Love & Respect: The Love She Most Desires; The Respect He Desperately Needs by Emerson Eggerichs

Just learn how to make a good ribeye steak. You only need salt butter and a frying pan. He will love it

There is a word for it but I can’t remember. Basically, it is common for some women to become aroused during the sexual act but not so much prior to it. Does anyone know what I am talking about? If I could look it up by the word I would have more information.

This is so true. Even in an argument never ever be disrespectful! They will never let it go. I find that when I calmly disagree and let him know I respect his decision. I usually get my way 😉

I do not believe there is such a thing as “perfect” or “best fit”. Everyone gets annoying after a while. I think at some point you just figure they are good enough and you choose everyday to make them “the one”.

Good question. I can’t say for sure. Maybe I just like being with an older man. He has so much life experience and I feel like I can trust his judgment. Plus he takes really good care of me.

Date older! Started dating my guy when I was 30 and he was 52 Seemed like a huge age gap then, but I am so happy and now I think it is super sexy that he is 60 and I am still in my 30s.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
