It happens. Could be stress/anxiety, habits (alcohol, weed, etc...), or you just weren't into her that much. I wouldn't put much thought into it. This a first date or have you built trust already? Mystery location sounds cool, but most women are worried about being raped and murdered if they dont know you well. Not the best idea early on.
