13	FR and what I realized after to be honest ive only read a bit of the sidebar. passing shit tests and escalation were big. the other one was making yourself busy with things you like. I kept hearing that you have to feign disinterest in women to keep them interested-or act like you have something better to do. I figured that I shouldnt be acting or pretending to do this. 2	One week into the red pill and I've already noticed changes Havent read too much about specific concepts except for passing tests. Some things I've changed. I stopped being around office gossip when its happening, usually the girls complaining about silly stuff and some guys that hang around and do the same.
