honestly, for the majority of the time, i didn't make a lot of money. most of my savings comes from being a cheap bastard. i started at $10CAD/hr. then later $14CAD/hr. people start at $20CAD/hr now, nevermind $15CAD/hr is min wage now. many people at $25/hr are still living paycheck to paycheck. saving and DIY is key.
