Will you go for that fat ugly girl who is dressed very nicly and smells good? um I wouldn't. You missed that it's about being fit as well. A girl who has a perfect body and a bad face could still get at least 7/10 males.

This isn't a good method, it creates and maintains post-event analysis habits which always lead to rumination, and rumination always leads to fear learning and thus maintains social anxiety and increases your general anxiety/depression as well. For more information read Adrian Wells' books.

You should think: is it a bad thing to change your style and try to look better (in your very own eyes, the judge is you — you try to dress better according to yourself)? This is what I ask myself whenever I analyse whether an action is "fake" or "being myself". Generally, you should avoid being fake and try to be yourself regardless of what others may think. So if your answer to the question was "yes", you should change your style. If you felt like someone might judge you, you should obviously …

I mean if you currently live in a small apartment and can't provide your potential future family with groceries and entertainment then your advice is certainly true, you should work on your financial life, but you don't need to make a 6-figure salary to be able to afford that. What certainly matters more is being assertive, confident and healthy. Women evolved to be attracted to men who are able to protect her and her children and provide a safe environment for them, this doesn't only involve mo…

Leaders generally, and people with high socio-economic status. I'm pretty sure the popular kid at your school banged more chicks than all of us.

Thanks! Can you explain how you used to feel when you were introverted? (ie what made you think that you're introverted? What major differences were there between you and a 'normal' person?)

Never saw anyone who was an average introverted "beta", who became significantly better after practicing. I feel like extraversion and social skills are all determined by birth and environment, I've been trying to get better for years yet never been able to.

There're many men who look below-average yet succeed in dating life. It's far more broad than "looks & sociability", it's about your entire life. If you're a guy who makes 20k a year who looks awesome, you shouldn't expect anything deeper than a single night relationship. You should firstly have social skills & assertiveness, and secondly have your whole life figured out. If you're in debt, you got more important stuff to think about than chicks. Social skills & assertiveness are absolutely the …

I think the best response to this kinds of insults is addressing the issue directly and assertively, with a strong tone. "can you be respectful while we're having this discussion right now? I'm not here to hear you getting emotional over disagreeing with other people's opinions, have some respect and don't overreact like a kid" Today I made a mistake by insulting someone who pissed me off, rather than addressing it with him directly. After thinking, I came to a conclusion that this was the best …

I don't know if this interests you but 3 years ago at school I was literally unable to look at girls, and used to try avoiding them as much as I could. I used to act as if I wasn't hearing them whenever they approach me. Now? Guess I'm kind of average, but I never actively practiced approaching them. If I had been practicing I think I would be above average now.

Well, that's interesting. I had an exchange with a guy here the other day that said the exact opposite of what you're saying and claimed i was "misinterpreting" red pill and that a woman's subjective self-appraisal means nothing. You can probably find it if you dig around these comments here. Anyway... You can ignore him. This was an interpretation of the studies that you cited, upon which we both could agree. Not only don't i think this isn't true, i think it's the exact opposite. It's men that…

>simply put, people will end up with those who are similar to them in many characteristics, including "mate value" (ex.: A 6 dating a 6, an 8 with an 8, and so on). Because men and women may differ in priorities in what they want in a partner (ex.: Women prefer status more so than men, and men prefer beauty more so than women) there's also an observable crosscharacter assortment (ex.: A woman dating a man whose social status is proportional to her own level of beauty). The "mate value" assessmen…
