| 5 | Separated yet not divorcedI'm (53M) in this situation. Separated 2 years, divorce nowhere near finalised - complex finances. Could not be more done with the stbxw. Totally processed and made peace with the situation, although it took most of those 2 years to get there. My stbxw is still high-conflict and high-drama. It just washes over me now and doesn't impact me. The lovely lady I'm seeing now has no reason to (and doesn't) feel insecure about the situation.
