Yes. In the USA this is a major issue. why? zero maternity leave. basically pop your child out and get back to work or quit. there is no work life balance anymore, and this is not a sexism issue as much as a societal issue

I think we're all forgetting the fact that a lot of animals DO go through "sex changes" ie- the clownfish and parrotfish. Girls were not coming out of the womb with a predisposition to like pink, nor were boys born with the idea that dance is "girly".
