What is the alternative? Get married lose half of everything you've worked for. Sex complicates everything. Marriage complicates things even more. Just having fun and making sure your partner is having fun too is the best way to comfortably fall into a relationship. However. There is a distinct lack of trust in today's day and age. That's what I said they are unconditional. I think I was being mostly sarcastic. I think the only unconditional love exists between a parent and child... and Deadpool and his girl... seriously, and avocado fucking an older uglier avocado. Must be unconditional love. That's because hormones hit men right in the balls at an early age. They lack the maturity to deal with the pain and anguish that comes with it and if I remember correctly the connection between the brain that connects action with consequence develop a little later then young men are hit with the horny cocktail.
