Divorce agreements don't work like that, prenups are reasonable but they only protect pre marital assets, post marital assets are joint property whether he likes it or not the courts will throw out any agreements for that, and so in most cases you will get 50-70% of assets obatained after marrige along with alimony, and courts do favour the mother for custody.
