Don't get me wrong, a boot camp will definitely help with building a good network if you are trying to get a foot in the field. Just don't lean on the camp curriculum to teach you how to code. You can get comparable skills from any number of code website (codecademy, teamtreehouse, udemy)

Start building things man. Honestly those code boot camps will teach you the basics but some of them require that you do stuff on your own. Find a thing that you like or a problem that is important to You and fix it with code. Put that in your portfolio. That will show recruiters that you are interested and have initiative. I think it's a good idea that you are quitting. From what I've seen in my friends lives and my own, it encourages lethargy. To me at least, weed is the anti productivity. Udemy does have some great deals. Here's my problem with them: the quality of the lessons is hard to determine sometimes. I prefer linuxacademy or pluralsight because the lesson quality is overall much better or more consistent

Ive been on the fence about a vasectomy. I realize that's it's a fairly permanent solution.
