I'd be interested to see someone do a Manufacturing Consent style analysis of the coverage of these sorts of crimes. For instance, when men are charged with statutory rape, do the reporters assert that the relationship was consensual? When they mention other similar cases, do they avoid calling it "rape", using the word "sex" instead? Do they have a wholly unnecessary closing paragraph opining that the jurisdiction involved is a bunch of backwoods yokels?

A person (A) commits an offence if— (a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis, (b) B does not consent to the penetration, and (c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents With a definition like that, it's fairly unsurprising that female perpetrators and male victims don't show up much in the statistics.

They'd still have the sole exclusive choice to decide for themselves to abort or gestate a fetus. It's not "similar" to women's biological clock, they're literally talking about the way women's fertility declines and how that would limit their male partner's ability to have children. They appear to have overlooked that a man who has satisfied his self-imposed conditions for success before considering himself "ready" to start a family is unlikely to be limited to selecting a similar-aged mate.

In my kids' home state, failure to produce the children for custody exchange in accordance with court ordered visitation is Custodial Interference a Class E Felony. It's kind of a bullshit law, since getting the kids exchanged before the cops arrest you for the crime is an affirmative defense...
