Depends on the female imo. I will say anecdotally that in my group (all chad frat boy types) we have a couple females in the mix (actually pretty hot) but none of my crew wants to bang them. We actively try to keep them around us because hot girls attract other hot girls. We will and have banged their friends though. Almost like us keeping them as orbiters.

A couple things. First, I know you may have a case, but don’t go to HR. She will have it out for you the second you do that. Unfortunately you’ll have to just brush it off. Second, start participating in these meetings. Third, find a new job where you aren’t disrespected like that. That’s why these double standards are infuriating. If a male superior said a comment about a female subordinate I guarantee you he would be reprimanded.
