Obviously that would be foolish. Listening to what people say and blindly obeying them are vastly different things. We have some discernment. We should be able to rule out obvious trash without breaking our brain.

So might as well give up on even trying to present adoration, agreeableness, and lack of opinion voicing. I mean who wants to be like that anyway?😵‍💫🤢🤮😵 The real honesty is in being who you are regardless of what you think is generally sought after. When you find the person who doesn't object you've found your match. If you're a total asshole, no matter your sex/gender, you may never find your match. That's fine. No whining!!

Yeah I've been wanting to know that too A LOT of whining from males lately about not getting attention when they aren't even handsome. Yet gals who ain't pretty have been whining forever about not getting attention. What's really new about any of this toxic pill crap?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/26 08:43 PM

I think women totally run into men keeping a facade, if only the facade that they're looking for a commitment when they really aren't I never had to deal with that, but that's what I hear. It it really as all encompassing and overwhelming as the internet makes it out to be? I doubt it because I think these monolithic overgeneralizations are all crap (see what I did there?) 🙄😇

I wonder though, can't the opposite sex be a good source of info on the other side of the equation? To help you figure things out? The last few times I sought a therapist, even though mainly it was specifically for bereavement, I sought a male therapist for the sake of a perspective that didn't come naturally to me. If I were seeking anything remotely like dating advice even at this late date - or relationship advice - I'd be picking the brains of males for sure.

"Pills" are toxic not because of any semantic response to the word *pill* But anybody can see "pill" is just a cute short name for ideology, really, which is usually distorted and emotional and whiny and anti woman and all sortsa other silly stuff.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/26 07:53 PM
1

Nah. I'm not sure what you mean by "substance" other than trying to make some connection to evolutionary psychology. Which to be fair, as interesting as it is, has more to do with psychology research than biology research. Some of it is okay I did take Gordon Gallup's class 20 years ago. But some of it sounds more like philosophy trying to rationalize things after the fact or make up just so stories or something.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/26 07:51 PM
1

Besides, isn't "biological realism" a research term about how well research models replicate cellular processes? What has that got to do with any of this?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/26 07:45 PM
1

I'm not even sure what you mean, in any specific way. Abstractions tend to lend themselves to that. But all the pill stuff seems to be incredibly impressionistic and ideological and really more of a perspective, despite all the wild claims of being "reality, no really, it's fact" LOL
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/26 07:44 PM
1

no kidding, what's that got to do with the toxic ideology of so called "pills"
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/26 05:52 PM
1

Which science? How does that apply to anything here? Real physical pills have "science" behind them - they can still be toxic. I do not know what claim you are making connecting "science" (which science) to - what??

In my position? LOL my husband and I have been together for more than 30 years He ignores this shit I just watch the trainwreck. Personally I think people should date and take their time and not hop into bed for months, but what do I know? What I do know is all the whining I HAVE been reading about And the particular whining I am pinpointing is what I see as inconsitency on the part of some of the males, I guess mostly males. on one hand whining that a woman won't sleep with them, like that's so…

Years to realize? Or things just changed? In regards to sleeping with someone, I'd say a few weeks to maybe a few months to get to know someone and get comfortable first. That's contextual too, based on how you know them and how much time you get to spend with them. If you realize you don't like someone years later, that sounds like you either barely get to see them or something has changed.

if this is a dupe sorry but I think my previous reply disappeared. Anyway I've been married for ages so no. But even in my day there were people who slept together on the first day and i'm like WHYY?? I don't see how it could be good for people. Why sleep with someone you are not sure you know or like? Interesting... Any proof of any of these claims? I mean you could address some of the stuff you're talking about with shift differentials EVERYWHERE and let people--by people I mean everybody-- pick their preferred shift. You could then get more and more up to date data whether men or women consistently picked the shifts you think they will, how reliable the gender difference actually is or whether people being early risers or not is caused by some other variable. Or even whether any gender diff…

What is your rationale for men and women not sharing the same schools colleges or workplaces? It's totally fine. On most days most men and women are totally fine Your hostility toward women makes YOU a bad candidate to even take part on society so YOU should just withdraw.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/26 05:38 AM

The only certainties in life are death and taxes. You don't have line veto on every tax you don't like. Doesn't work that way never has. You use the word consent as if it is as powerful in this context as it is in other contexts where people talk about consent (like bodily autonomy or whatever) Why would you think the principal would apply with the same power and impact in this different context? /r/PurplePillDebate15/02/26 05:25 AM

What's your definition of simp? Any make who is decent to women? Please. If you see a woman or a man just be courteous and you're fine. If groups of people of both sexes are "making your life worse" as you do dramatically claim, isn't it always because you did something bad and deserve the correction?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/26 05:24 AM

Workplaces and educational institutions never should have been built for men only and nobody should have objected to opening them to women. The reason why is obvious women were limited in what they could do before those errors were corrected. You have literally nothing to be upset about. Nada. EVERYBODY is "naturally elitist" about looks. Women and girls have been muttering about that for AGES "oh the pretty girls are the ones who get invited to the prom" or whatever. Men have always looked at beautiful women and women have always preferred good looking men. Even children with their puppy love crushes are usually all about how cute they think the other kid is. Gay people can be elitist about looks too. Nothing new under the sun, and nothing to get upset about.

If men are upset that women go for looks, then the logical conclusion for that is that they want women to settle for men who are not good looking. So, just settle for women your age regardless of attractiveness. BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE😇😇😇😇😇

Your view is hardly neutral and is distorted too. That's the thing about very broad overgeneralizations. Too easily distorted. But the reality of someone 30+ of either sex trying to be with someone 18 of either sex is understood as appalling as they are not in the same place in life and yes, it is very possible for an older more experienced and more sophisticated person to manipulate or dominate a younger person. Younger people are usually better served being with age peers or near age peers. Pe…

Population level questions can help you with stats or something but assuming and entire population is an identical monolith leads to whatt? Anything accurate or helpful? You know what they say about generalizations always being wrong or whatever. Anyway it's so easy to get lost in the plot on something like this. What if anything are you tr…

Are you trying to use what you might know of evolutionary psychology or something? Tell me, what evolutionary sense would it make for an entire pool of women (which I THINK 🤔 is what you're claiming if I squint and tilt my head to try and read btwn the lines here) WHAT evolutionary sense would it make if on the whole women were sexually repulsed by males on the whole? I mean if some portion of the males are sexually repulsive then using the logic of so called evolutionary psychology it would imp…

No struggle or stress except to not laugh. But I don't gotta hold back 😆 what you're saying doesn't make any logical sense. None of your statements add up to anything

95% of which women where and under what conditions? It doesn't hold up because you can't even operationalize your statements. Taking too many pills🤢😆

Who cares what their motives are? What does that prove?😆 Flush the pills. They're poisonous 🤢

Generalities are vague.

So... being "general" is okay, but vague is not? Interesting... Abstract. But interesting. Sorta.

Who even knows what you are talking about? You're being so abstract.

Sad story. Sounds like a real shame that has happened. Not sure what it has to do with most people, but, sad.

Who is more emotional? What is your definition of emotional? What does it mean to "lead by emotions" Too vague.

What sacrifice? If I'm remembering right that seems to have something to do with your definition. What sacrifice must someone make to meet your definition of love? How severe?

"general trend" usually ends up something very slippery and not easily confirmed with anything specific -- hence the term general

Hunh. Good to know... I guess Would be interesting to test... Does it count that there are some men who are seriously into big girls, like really big girls? Who might not "rate high" on someone else's... uh, numerical list is what you're using I guess...

Which women? Maybe get that feelings wheel the other poster mentioned it and share it with those who cannot put their feelings for you into words. Or maybe they are just being nice...

There's no such thing as a financial abortion.if you're trying to get off the hook just say that, instead of confusing the issue by comparing it to a medical procedure.

Well they don't feminism is and should be about making sure women are not second class citizens anywhere. It doesn't have to be anti make it just devolves to that when rhetoric gets simplistic.
