Hate to be the guy that states the obvious… (and having cut a few of my own friends out for indecision) Your friends didn’t pick your side. That’s why it pisses you off. My ex wife had a full blown affair, and did a bit smear campaign after I outed her. I lost a lot of fence sitters after that.

Change the locks. Divorce is a hassle. Should have changed the locks day 1. She will continue abusing access until you remove her ability to do so. You are stressing about trying to convince her of something, when you can literally just make it stop.

I hate to say it, but the courts generally give slightly better treatment to married fathers rather than unmarried fathers. Marriage does impact custody to a small degree.
