Me sleeping. I don't ever drink enough to black out. And I'm sure I would have remembered getting out of bed, taking my clothes off, forcefully taking her clothes off and raping her all while her sister was right next to us. Her story is an absolute sham, the only reason she has a story is because I was drinking and she was sleeping in close proximity to me. Which is a mistake I will not make with a BPD patient again.

That is the entire story, she wasn't touching me sexually, just my arm. I've said everything that I know happened and everything that she said happened. I omitted it initially because I didn't think it was important until someone asked.

There's too much risk that taking it to court first would backfire. She says the doctors told her that she has an STD (I had a conversation with her months before that I might have caught one but I haven't since been checked) if it's true that she caught something and i also have an STD, that's all the proof anyone would need, regardless of if it were actually consensual or not.

I don't know. She must have fabricated the story in a way that made her seem innocent, I'm not there I live a few states away. The post was made in the middle of the night out of desperation right after all of this happened, so my apologies for it sucking.

If there were advances, they weren't aggressive. I was drunk so I don't know if anything physical happened. She kept touching me before I went to sleep though.

I know I'm the problem, I'm actively taking the steps to find the solution. I've just never found myself in a situation like this. The post was made in the middle in the night out of desperation for an answer.

I'm not 100% that nothing happened because I was drinking, it's too much of a risk that taking it to court would backfire.

That's the real issue, I was drunk so I don't know if anything actually happened. But the texts she was always sending me were very sexual and always trying to get in my pants. I have those screenahotted. If anything did happen it was 100% consensual on her part.

That's the thing, there is no evidence, no nothing, it just came out of the blue. I spent the night at their house in the living room one night, we are and drank, I went to sleep. She says it happened that night. I say I don't want to spend money on a lawyer because I don't have the money for it and I don't know what's going to happen in the future.

She likes me, I like her sister. I think that's the general idea here. The impact on me is that if she can't have me, no one can, and unfortunately everyone is on her side. I'm not sure if I'm ready to spend money on a lawyer over this.

Listen man, I'm not trying to hurt you or put you down in anyway. In terms of what MGTOW stands for, you lost when you engaged her in a confrontation. Some random on the Internet is not going to change how she feels or what she does, you're quite literally wasting your time and energy and losing self-respect among your brothers by painting us in this light. Next time, just let it go.

I support people living their lives the way they want to without causing harm to anyone else. If that happens to be a relationship for someone, and they're genuinely happy, I have no problem supporting it.

You're right, I agree with you. I feel anger when my fellow man doesn't act to the same standards I hold myself, which isn't fair, that's where the comment's coming from.

Since MGTOW stems from TRP (and TRP is very much a philosophy) and this sub implements facets of TRP and even vocabulary, I'd have to say yes, there is an underlying philosophy here. I agree with you when you say MGTOW = freedom, but getting upset every time a woman does something bad, and seeking out women to hurt hardly sounds like freedom to me. How one chooses that freedom is up to them You're trying to make MGTOW something it is not. I'm merely expressing my freedom in a way I chose as an i…

50% of any job is being nice to the right people. It's not just women you have to worry about, that mode of thinking will get you in hot water very quickly. A lot of people, men and women, are untrustworthy because self-interest comes before morality. So, to play the game with other people involved (which is what you'll have to do in any career) you need to put your self interests first as well. It's not enough that you did your job well, that's having good offense. You need to have good defense…

I wonder if that would really solve the issue. Sex toys and pronography are a pretty cheap alternative to prostitution, but people still search for relationships with women. Is it really just sex men are looking for, or is it a deep connection and companionship with another person? As long as that stays impossible to manufacture, I'd say prostitution being legal or illegal doesn't really make a difference.

It is EXTREMELY easy to get caught in the anger phase when you have subs like this where you can openly hate and say terrible things about women and no one puts you in check or can even disagree with you without getting banned. When you have a huge echo chamber like that, and you have enough insecurity to project onto a given target you get stuck because it's just so easy to hate, especially when you have thousands of other people in the same position saying the same thing and telling you that y…

I honestly can't decide, it sounds like a catch 22 to me. "The only way you can interact with a woman intimately is to be emotionally distant" but trusting someone with your emotions is what builds a relationship. I guess the problem is just finding someone who is truly trustworthy?

I actually don't have a problem with this. I expect to be held accountable for my actions. It's part of the high standards I hold for myself and why I'll go far in life.

Tell him to ask himself why he wants to get married, ask himself if he really wants to build a life with a person like that. Tell him that if the situation isn't ideal he shouldn't have to settle, especially with this many red flags this early on. Tell him he's not obligated to do anything. But respect his life choices to try for a relationship, MGTOW isn't for everyone.

Nice man, glad to hear you reached that turning point in your life. It's something that isn't talked about enough here, moving past all the bs and being able to stand back, look at dating, interpersonal relationships, and life in general objectively. Being able to see the bigger picture and choose what's really important to you as an individual must feel awesome.

Did you start out as an MGTOW or did you learn about it somewhere? I believe in helping our fellow man protect himself from the dangers of society, and MGTOW is a good enough method on paper. But if he were to come here and see comments like yours everywhere, he really would think we were neckbearded virgins. Thus, someone loses out on changing their life for the better because projecting your insecurities on women is more important than helping your fellow man. This is supposed to be a place wh…

Well, by definition, MGTOW don't care about women at all. It's even in the acronym. So, acting like you're better than everyone else because you call yourself an MGTOW while simultaneously griping and complaining about women is extremely contradictory to the philosophy here. These kind of comments are what makes outsiders see us as neckbearded virgins, and I honestly can't say I blame them.

You sound so bitter and butthurt about some random strangers enjoying their relationship. It's pathetic. True MGTOW don't start fights with women, they avoid them altogether.

No, you're not. Being here in good faith would mean that you have a sincere question, and are willing to listen to alternative perspectives. By contrast, your question is so loaded that it essentially boils down to "Why are feminists bad?", and you have demonstrated zero intention to engage with alternative viewpoints in good faith in your replies. You are obviously here with the sole purpose of attempting to convince feminists about how wrong they are Hit it right on the nail. How are you MGTOW…

Sounds good on paper, but the chances of attaining that are near zero, even after a life time of work. If I honestly had to pick between your choices I'd have to pick the second mainly because I wouldn't have to be upset, emotional, frustrated, angry, confused by myself. However, there is a third choice. Figure out everything you want out of life, obtain it, enjoy it while it lasts. Figure out everything you don't want out of life, avoid it, endure it when you have to. Set your own terms in life…

I can't find anything less than $500/month where I live. That's not including utilities. Working a near minimum wage job at almost full time, my entire check would be just rent and utilities alone, let alone gas, food, other expenses.

I didn't choose to be raised by a single mother. I do my best to be a trustworthy and upstanding person, although I know that my background heavily influenced poor decisions in my past. That being said, people can change. That's what TRP is for, that's what MGTOW is for. That's why a lot of us are here. Don't count someone out just for being raised by a single mother, it shouldn't be a death sentence.
