I think the emphasis doesn't need to be on "disproving" the wage gap. I think it's important to both explain it and justify it as a result of biological differences. It's not inherintly a bad thing unless there isn't equal OPPURTUNITY. I do think there is a problem with equal opportunity. Except it's with men, because women and minorities are more valuable because virtue signaling.

Don't ever blame the lawyers. They're a necessary "evil." He's there to make a paycheck. He's not just there to try to get innocence. Plea deals and the like are best argued by a lawyer. Plus, innocence until proven guilty. It'd be much, much worse if people didn't have lawyers.
