I probably shouldn't even try to bother explaining basic human decency in this godforsaken sub, but being somebody's friend is just that. You can't get mad at others for not having feelings for you. You can't just decide to fall in love with someone or that you're attracted to them. But when you seek out someone and pretend to be interested in them as a person and not just sex, you've deceived them and it's no wonder they get sad about that. That makes you a shitty person.
