Just talk to her and see where it takes you. Just be casual and it will be fine. If she does drink you could ask her if she wants to get drunk or something because that will mean having to come over or at least going to some sort of party with her, since you can't take her to a bar.

Lol what? Most girls on tinder want only one thing and it's fucking disgusting. Jokes aside, there are a ton of girls who are using it as their personal meme platform. Like hypothetically these girls are down, but either they are scared to be used just for sex (with good reason), or too insecure about something. IME best way to gauge if she wants anything more is let her take the lead. You'll know soon enough. Also a good way is if you go to the same clubs or bars to just ask if she'll be there …

Usually find that when a girl doesn't bite immediately, she doesn't want to go on a date right now. There's no easing in, I suppose. Maybe she wants to know you a bit better before meeting if she does seem to be in to you. Also note that on Christmas she might not be in the mood to set up a date. So I guess timing is what you need to improve?

Dont you guys go out drinking after your shift? You should try to find some bars that are open when you're finished. Usually other people who work in hospitality will be there, so you'll have something to talk about

You don't when you're working, no one is waiting for some random ass store clerk to ask them on a date when they're just looking for books. Maybe when you have a nice conversation you could say "I'd love to continue this conversation sometime, care for some Coffee?" or whatever

You don't on the dancefloor. Some sort of lounge or smoking area is your best bet. Also, most people go to a club to get shitfaced and have fun with friends. You can't really game if you can't make a connection, so it's just not an ideal environment IMO. Mind you, I mostly go to underground techno parties (for fun), so it might be a bit different to regular clubs.
