In all honesty her trying to push this in court would be to her detrmate. I have zero criminal offenses. A military background. A really high paying job. If she wants to drag it that side I would have full custody with visitation no problem and I don't think she wants to go that way. I would make a parenting plan that is fair to both of us that can go uncontested.

Honestly I don't think I'm up against much. We have no assets. We have no savings. We have no real estate. We are just living. Plus she knows how costly something like this can be. I'm positive I can make a uncontested plan that is fair to us both that she will agree to because she knows she can't afford the other option.
