I'm here to learn from what is shared - especially by the ECs and Mods - and share what I have learned. If you need to harass people, please go somewhere else.

Great Job! We need both "try this because it works" along with "here's why it works." I might add that by showing your verbal boundaries are fun and much wider than most, her tingles come from the hope that your bedroom boundaries are just as wide, just as fun, and she can do what she really craves.

I don't suffer fools. When an EC and a MOD agree that a fool is on the loose, ban 'em. When a fool argues that he isn't a fool, ban him forever.

The entire debate boils down to: "I'm unhappy, so you have change." I reply to this non-argument: "I'm unhappy that you are demanding that I change, so stop demanding that I change."

You've stirred interesting thoughts. Masculinity exists. If we want to label some of it toxic, I would label it toxic when a man wants to rule by force. Force can only be stopped by great force. It takes masculinity to stop toxic masculinity. Hitler and Tojo were stopped by Eisenhower and MacArthur. Rommel was matched against Patton. All these men had the traits of aggression, the desire to lead - called domination above, and never allowed helplessness or fear to stop them from their missions. L…

I've read If and read it again at your suggestion. I like it. It is much more to-the-point than my concept of most poetry. It tells me what to think about. Most poetry seems to be a display of vocabulary and word play. I prefer to think about ideas and too often poetry chooses a word based upon sound rather passing an idea from one mind to another. I'll look up Invictus next. Thanks for the suggestions.

Great, great point! If we can't control our internal cravings for things like alcohol, sugar, and sitting on the couch with the idiot box on, how will we ever be able to manage ourselves when a woman promises to play with our pee-pee? We have to first control our internal cravings before we can set boundaries for ourselves when pressured by others. Again, great insight.

Does "macho faggotry" mean I'm the leather guy in Village People? Or maybe the fireman. We both appear to enjoy colorful language, turning a phase. Can't interpret my feelings this morning. Should I cry because of my faggotry or go blow up milk jugs because of my macho?

IkWhatUDidLastSummer said it better than I did. I'm doing me. LiveAFTSOV, if poetry brings you joy, awesome. I'm sure I could learn from you. If you're taking a bath with bubbles, oils, and mood music while reading your poetry, there had better be a naked nubile nymph with you, or I will subtract points from your man card.

Download books from Librivox.org. My favorites are The Count of Monte Cristo and The Three Musketeers.

The behaviors that Red Pill teaches are often called selfish. We do them because they make us happy. These "selfish" behaviors just happen to allow women to fantasize about our sexual natures. And the women are right: Red Pill men will give them the sex that they fantasize about. We live Red Pill for men, not women.

You're obviously right. Everything is situational and we often have to assume the situation. I threw the foot massage lines into the post thinking about men who expect sex after they perform a service, a transaction mentality, which is not RP. I have given foot massages. Usually when a game is on and I'm going to watch. “Honey, put your feet in my lap while the game's on.” I almost linked to the Pulp Fiction foot massage discussion: “I got my technique down and everything. I don't be ticklin' or…

I'll feed the troll. Yep, my whole life is pure cope. I need a tampon to soak up these tears. Yeah, I'm not 6'4, nor 8% body fat, nor asked to model. You're so smart. Guess I should just ask Mom to change my sheets and get more Cheetos while I go feed the geese in my wrinkled clothes. If you're 6'4, ripped, and look like a model, take your shirt off as much as possible and shut the hell up. For the rest of us who have to cope, Odysseus in the movie Troy says what I believe: “We play with the toy…

I believe Red Pill is accepting reality. Men should NOT make life choices based upon the hope that it stirs a woman's fantasy and get them laid. NOT saying that. For me, Red Pill is about being the best I can be, about accomplishing what I want, doing what I want, and always thinking about myself first. There have been a few recent posts about being called an asshole. I'm not called that, probably because I laugh and smile too much, but selfish...countless. So many believe being selfish is a bad…

I think the insight here is that the #1 fantasy for women is a man who loves them, but loses control during sex. They like it rough: hair pulled, arms pinned, ass slapped, choked, moved from position to position. A nice guy doesn't let her hamster enjoy this fantasy. And the hamster is right. When I was BP, I didn't do these things.

This was an attempt to show that the Red Pill advice and mindset follows Stephen Covey's 7-Habits of Highly Effective People. The 7 habits are from the book, and the bullet points show how a Red Pill mindset is similar. What I like about the book is that a person starts at the first habit and builds from there. What's the first advice here: Lift! Red Pill teaches men to be proactive - habit 1. I thought this might help men see the Red Pill progression. If a person won't do what is entirely withi…

In the link where the guy's perspective is given, he says they "were told by producers one of the story lines would be the 2 of them hooking up ... especially entertaining because both are considered villains from previous shows." So yes, the contestants are told by the producers what to do.

I wondered the exact same thing, but was unwilling to pay the money, something like $30, to see the original article. In order to be ahead by 9 years, seems like it would take 10 or more years of exercise to get there. Similarly, can someone 30 measure 20 or is it more like 50 measures at 40? I shared the story because it seemed to add another good reason to get off our asses and exercise.

I have a sweet tooth for Nestle Ice Cream Cones that have chocolate hard shell with peanuts. They are 300-310 a cone. I ate a box of 8 over a weekend.

Sausage, egg, cheese, and unicorn sperm croissants. I knew there was a reason I like them so much.

Please tell me how to measure this. My Mom believes this, so I bought the blood sugar monitor to test myself. 24 hours with only water and my blood sugar was 95. At 16 hours, my reading was 97. How am I burning muscle with my blood sugar reading 95? Another time I stopped eating carbs- completely zero. I ate meats, cheese and eggs. It took three days for my blood sugar to fall below 90. What is your test for "cannibalizing your muscles?"

It was a rant. I have talked three people into using an app to gain information about what they are eating and what they need to change to lose weight. I came here to vent because we try our best to accept and use the truth, however painful it is to hear.

It is a rant. I don't suffer fools very well - a trait we probably share despite your belief that you can't suffer me. I had someone who said she wanted to lose weight, installed a tracking app, then refused to put in the data. WTF?

My point is NO EXCUSES. If a person is fat, it's because they eat more calories than their body uses.

I've learned that I don't vary my food types that often. The app has "most eaten" and "recently eaten" for every meal, so if you are eating leftovers or the same foods, like eggs for breakfast, there is no typing. I thought it would be harder and a waste of my time, too, but I have been pleasantly surprised. I think the app can now find the food info using a pic of the bar code.

My son was with me over Christmas and asked, "Dad, why aren't you skinny when you run almost every day?" (It was winter and I don't like running in the cold, so he heard me pounding out 30+ miles a week.) To answer his question, I got the app. It was peanuts for me. I have a 35 ounce jug at work. I would skip breakfast and "snack" on peanuts to knock down hunger pangs. I was watching carbs and I thought I was being healthy because there are only 5 carbs per ounce. I was only eating 35-40 carbs w…

Exactly! This is what calorie counting taught me. Burger King has 2 croissants for 4 bucks. I used to stop on the way to work a couple times a week. App said 960 calories. I've been twice in the last two months.

Put this idiocy to sleep already. "As a man, I like to suck cock and take it in the ass!" Bless you. You are so in tune with your aura. Nobody should tell consenting adults what to do. "As a man, I like to wear garters, bras, and women's panties. They make me fee sexy." You know yourself so well. You are a self-aware human. "As a man, I tell her to wear a thong so I can pull it aside and take her. I will pull her hair, spank her ass, and tell her that she's my personal fuck-toy. Anything she say…

For me, there are one-shoulder touching with a pat hug. "Yeah, we are supposed to close friends, but we really don't like touching." There is a tight hug that you would give a great friend to show that you really miss them. Then there is the what I'm describing. You hold the hug long enough to feel chest to chest. You hold long enough to inhale her shampoo and conditioner. You exhale so she feels it hit her neck and ear. You know it's time to let go, but you don't. You continue the embrace and s…

No Justice, No Football! They should enjoy their trip to Southern California, play on the beaches, get tan - then throw the game. Every play should be touchdown for their opponents. Run backwards into their own endzone and hand the ball to an opponent. Never make a tackle. Make national news. Set the record for the greatest loss EVER! If they boycott and are simply replaced, few outside of Minnesota will know why.
