| 1 | Some people put up quite the stink about the "metal hand" in the picture of my son at the zoo. I'm a stay at home dad and that's the way I've to chosen to document our life together. So suck it. Dad lI understand where you're coming from but IMO an active father should be the norm and only when the father is being denied access or the chance to be an active should it be a MRA issue. The father in the pictures is obviously an amazing father, anyone who protests to that is crazy. No one is trying to tell him that as a man he shouldn't be allowed to do what he does. My best guess is that many people see his metal hands as a sign of immaturity and the fact that he does it in every picture probab… | /r/MensRights | 01/06/14 07:28 PM |

As a divorcee who's wife cheated and still took everything, obviously it was because I am so privileged. /s | /r/MensRights | 01/06/14 07:18 PM |

So suck it. Dad lI agree that this sub is mostly filled with sad stories of hardships and that it is nice to see a father take such a metal role in his son's life, but being an active father is not a Men's Rights issue. If by chance he wasn't allowed to be an active father because of his overwhelming metal-ness then it could very well be a MRA issue. Look, it's great to see this stuff on Reddit in general, but I just don't think this is the sub for it. In the end... \m/ Rock On!!! \m/ | /r/MensRights | 31/05/14 09:53 PM |

| 5 | Hey, I just have a quick question! The issues you express here do not seem to be issues that feminism actively fights for IMO. I agree that these issues are real issues but that they are cultural ones and it is a 2 way street. For example, I have always been made fun of by other men and women because I'm not the testosterone filled jock that everyone expects a "real" man to look like. I too have had demeaning words yelled at me because of how I look, yet as a straight man, no one defends me. However, these are not issues that con… | /r/MensRights | 20/12/12 12:22 PM |
