17	Would it be fair if women were given 32 paid days a year for having periods? Absolutely not. Most women never need time off for them. My wife has never had to have a day off for her periods, so why should they be given this time off every month regardless? Unless, in return, given that the life expectancy in the UK is 83 for women and 79.1 for men, they can have it in exchange for men being able to retire 3.9 years earlier on the same full pension.
