10	#MensRights I think an easy step in the right direction would be to evaluate promotions, hiring, scholarships, college admissions, etc on merit. Having a quota or metric on the gender percentages is discrimination by definition. When it makes sense let's stop looking at people's gender. I like to believe most people want their accomplishments measured by their magnitude independent of their gender. I personally believe gender discrimination happens to both sides.
