its just a made up term to justify for aggressive and controlling behavior. Most people who use that term dont even know what that actually is. For them if it is against their likings, its toxic.

Happy men's mental health to all. However, it still stays low key and not many are still aware of it. To all kings, hope you keep growing and keep getting better.

Determine what exactly is your motivation. You wanna get better, earn more, be more fit, date a good woman, or deal with marriages and all. Based on that decide what all things are good. i like Tavi Castro, a bodybulder turned free diver. in books, rich dad poor dad - for finance, 48 laws of power- psychology of the masters, Grave robbers and gold diggers - good for skimming through dating culture.

these days you gotta be cautious with who you marry. And I mean extremely cautious. Bro, life for men is getting hard because of all the rules and laws. Simply work hard, make money, read books, dress well, and chill dude. The system is done for. If you ever gotta marry just be sure to take as much precaustion as you can like prenups, family first trust, and play it smart.

Most of the time, they are fed information through social media. It is easy to brain wash people when you see some video that aligns with you beliefs.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
