I've messaged a few of these types just to clarify their financial means and I am yet to find one who actually puts in enough effort work wise to raise their kids. They are always subsidised by the father .

That's the point really, if a woman wants to have a kid and the father chooses not to , he shouldnt be liable for the child provided that he signs a document within a certain time frame and was notified.
