Rather than making a fool of yourself by asking a girl out, you made a fool of yourself by unloading your masculinity and genetic potential into your hand...

I used to experience something very similar. For me, I realized my issue was that I was receiving my motivation from external factors outside of my control. I had hopes that I would get attention from a particular girl or people will look up to me if I do this or that. When those things failed to materialize, it was demoralizing. It wasn't until I turned my focus inward and found more satisfaction in reaching my intrinsic goals that I got off the rollercoaster. Another factor that I believe play…

You're answering all of your own questions. You know you need to be working on bettering yourself, so do it. Stop looking for somebody to give you permission. Asking if it's beta to do something is in itself beta. Definitely don't pay for an escort, in my opinion. It's definitely good to refrain from porn and jerking off all the time, but if it's really that distracting to you, rub one out once a week or so if you need to. You could also look into subs like semenretention to learn about transmut…

That's just the reality of the world we live in man. And couldn't your life be better? That should be your focus.

It's not up to you to worry about what a woman "thinks" will "fix" her. People ultimately need to fix themselves. You have to do whatever it is that helps you sleep at night and feel good about yourself when you look in the mirror. That will be different for different people. Obviously learn from your mistake and be more open with your communication so you avoid misleading people if that's what does it for you. If someone is dealing with mental health issues (eg. not eating) and you feel compell…

Here's the thing man.. It's important to understand that you can only help people who want and seek out the help. There are 7 billion+ people in the world, many of which need help in some way. You're intimately aware of the help that this specific person needs because you're close enough to see it. It's not your job to fix people who don't specifically come to you to do so. Chances are they will never understand what you are trying to teach them. This isn't to say that you should neglect an oppo…

Take the pain and feel it for as long as you need to. Don't try to push it away. Get to the root of it if you can. You will most likely realize the way you treated her has roots in the way you were treated when you were young. After you've had enough time with it you can forgive yourself because you will understand you are imperfect just like those before you. Moving forward, you will have a better understanding of how your actions affect other people. You will be better for it.

Excellent post my friend. This is the path to fulfillment. As you said we are the result of hundreds of thousands of years of strength, fortitude, and grit. Survival of the fittest is our direct lineage. Men these days (and women for that matter) are a mere shell of what our ancestors were. But that biological programming is still there under your slouched back and soft delicate skin.. This is a huge part of why so many people are depressed these days. The modern lifestyle is only but the blink …

A good way to compliment this perspective is to step back and take a serious look at where you are and where your life is. We have built up such a false concept of what life is that we stress over not having icing while ignoring the cake itself. Do you have food to eat? Do you have a roof over your head? Are you healthy? If you can answer yes to these questions then it is okay to slow the fuck down. Always believe in yourself and work every day to better yourself and your situation but don't thi…

I hear what you're saying but I would still hold to the notion that we need to work on ourselves as individuals in order to attract higher quality feminine energy into our lives. I just don't buy into the idea that somebody should act as though they are something they are not in order to garner the affection of somebody who isn't naturally drawn to them. The thing about game and most sexual strategy outside of truly improving yourself and reaping the rewards is that it is completely hollow. As m…

To me the entire idea of game is contradictory to being truly alpha. Game is just as it sounds .. a facade. Learn to be yourself instead. Learn your strengths and weaknesses and identify your deepest desires. Then do the work required to be the person you want to be. Most importantly, do it for yourself. Don't chase women or think of new ways to trick women into sleeping with you. That's a lame mindset. Be true to yourself and chase something bigger. That is where your time and energy should be …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
