I completely agree. I think it's part of the gender/ethnic studies major or whatever the fuck they're calling it.

Yep and my university offers fat acceptance classes as well. I've wanted to go and sit in on a class sometime for giggles.

The 15th comment is great, "it shouldn't matter. source: a guy who's number is zero". Classic.

It's funny, I've been doing what I want for years, and still get FOMO while I'm out climbing a mountain or spending a day in my boat instead of with women in town. Only in the last year or so have I really embraced how important it is to put aside the FOMO and do what what you want and is good for you, and not what's expected by women or anyone really. This ideology truly bolsters the MGTOW movement as well. Well-said, man.

I listen to the moth all the time, never heard him on there. That's nuts. Great story too.

I'm sure this is true at many universities, but a public one near me, Western Oregon U. has banned all fraternities and sororities.

Alright, cool your jets, everyone. The context is a caption in an elective college geography class textbook (in Oregon, written and edited in the NW). This is in chapter one. There are further examples of this weirdness/stereotyping throughout the text, and some are probably TECHNICALLY true, but off-putting nonetheless. I posted because it irks me when stereotypes are used at all. And all you nay-sayers are correct; there is no reference to carbon footprint; that is merely what I inferred, amon…

It wasn't technically saying that, but the captions in my textbook carry such ridiculous and varied implied fallacies.

There is a harmless male birth control that's been in use in India since the 70's. The FDA just won't approve it. I'd take it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
