This is a global trend. I am from the middle east and my country's testosterone levels are also declining ( even though it is higher than the European male average). Not to mention the amount of estrogen in popular fast foods. Maybe white male testosterone levels are declining more rapidly ( even though I have never seen proof of that), but unless you count areas that are in total war and have an exceptionally shitty environment, testosterone levels are declining globally.

The average testosterone level in men has been decreasing extremely for the last century so I am pretty sure women do not have to worry about men "not being loyal" after a couple of decades honestly ( if we believe your explanation).
