Why the hell would they spend money to get their nails done you bacoon?????? They do it to look nice. And you can compliment it because it is appropriate to do so. It didn't work in this case because of a multitude of reason, with one being how he asked for her number without even getting to know her and loosen up her defenses around him, WHO WAS AT THE MOMENT WAS A COMPLETE STRANGER to her.
