Fitness, charm/charisma, emotional stability, being open-minded, having passions they pursue (whether in terms of career or in general), being intelligent/educated, self-discipline, getting rid of self-destructive habits like drinking, social media addiction etc., not being overly vain/image obsessed, etc etc Women don't have to do those things to find a partner, but to keep a guy who is high quality they're going to have to mirror the similar qualities they want in him

There will always be low value shitty men willing to date. Many many women tolerate horrible relationships because they have inherent value but don't work on their internal qualities. In a hypothetical world where millions of men started simultaneously leveling up this would be true. That will never be the case. The majority of men will continue to be lazy, poor, and out of shape. All you need to do is look at statistics to see your entire argument is completely fictitious.
