get a lawyer now, do not tell her you are getting a lawyer. Draft up a 50/50 shared custody agreement, then bring her to court and get a judge to sign off and enforce it. This will protect your rights. The clock is ticket, you must out maneuver, outthink, and outmuscle her. Get every advantage you can. It's only a matter of time before she flips on you.

100% it does. I've seen it. Some gal didn't want to wait for an open stall and snuck into the men's room. She got caught and got a final written warning and 90 day probationary period. Same if a guy did it here.

Then you were lucky. You need to get the proper paperwork and hr accommodation in place to protect yourself. Hard stop. A gas station is different than a corporate office.

You need to get the proper paperwork from your doctor explaining the condition then work with HR to get a reasonable accommodation request in place. You can't just walk into the women's restroom. This is basic common sense, you can get in alot of trouble. Women walking into the men's room would also get in alot of trouble.

Happened to me, 9 years down 9 to go. Praying my kid is happy and safe. Maybe someday she will want to know me and the mom will allow it. I'm thankful mom hasn't asked for more than basic support. Pray for one another.

9 more years for me, I try to take it in stride. I hope my child is happy and safe. I hope some day she expresses interest in getting to know me and her mother is receptive. I'm blessed that outside of the basic support, her mom hasn't asked for more. 9 years down, 9 more to go friends. Pray for one another.
